In 1977 Greg Gross but five home runs, with Houston in his previous three full seasons he hit none (in over 1,500 at-bats). Then he hit two in his next twelve seasons (in almost 2,000 at-bats) but he hits five in 1977 in 239 at-bats? Hmm.

I demand an investigation. Where did that power surge come from? Percentage-wise it cannot be measured. Something is afoul. PEDs in 1977? Something is fishy and I want asnwers!
